Okay so I gotta be honest for a second. The first images that come to mind when I think of a blazer are of my mom rocking them with her HUGE shoulder pads in the 80's and also of the TV show the Golden GIrls (which I still watch on the hallmark channel in case you want to join...it's the original Sex in the City:) Anyways, these old memories might seem like they would have me running from the site of a blazer but for me they just make me love them even more!
I've been loving wearing florals, pinks and pastels a lot lately (call it Spring Fever) so I about died when I saw this floral blazer while shopping at Amara! I paired mine with a pink pastel blouse, my favorite jeans and some flats (a fun change from the typical heel I wear). Blazers are such a versatile item that can be styled in so many ways! Pair one with some tailored shorts to create a summer suit or wear one with a fun flirty skirt. No matter how you pair it, the blazer is officially one of my staples this season! If you are local to Utah go shop this entire look at Amara! It's one of my favorite places to shop!
