Iredale All Day!

Hey ya all! If you don't already know that I'm a skincare and makeup junkie you will after this post! I've had my esthetician license for over ten years and have tried everything! I also was the cosmetic manager at Nordstrom so I love makeup too! My favorite skincare is Obagi which I get at Elase Medical Spa! I did a post that you can click on under beauty to see my full skincare regime! Before applying makeup you want to make sure you are first taking care of your skin and cleansing it and using products that will work with your makeup to get the best results out of your makeup.

When it comes to makeup I really am pretty basic! I like my makeup to look natural and fresh and that is pretty much how I do my makeup everyday. I personally feel that makeup should enhance your own beauty instead of covering it up completely! If I'm going to an event or out for the night I love doing a smokey eye or more dramatic lip color and extra coverage so my makeup lasts longer but other than that I keep it pretty basic and fresh looking.

I truly have tried every makeup company and product out there! Everything from products at the grocery store to Dior! I love find new products but I wanted to share with you the products that I have used for years and years that are my staples every single day! I have been using Jane Iredale forever! I found it when I was working for a plastic surgeon and he carried the brand. Since the day I got my first pressed powder compact I was hooked! I honestly can't live without it! If I'm needing a little glow I use their face tanner...it's the only one I have ever found that I like. If I want extra coverage I use their foundation and then I will apply the powder to set everything. I have their bronzer and a few different blushes as well. Their brushes, eyeshadows and lip glosses are the bomb! My new favorite find from Jane Iredale is the Bitty Brow Kit! I'm obsessed! It's so easy to use and you get a professional looking eyebrow without having to go in every few weeks! Definitely a Coco's fave!

New Year New You!

Hello hello! Hope you all are having a good day and a good start to the new year! I don't know about you but I love making new years resolutions! I use to make waaaaay to many goals and most of them were just unrealistic and therefore I just became overwhelmed and ended up not do any them! The last couple years I decided to make fewer goals in the areas of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual improvement.  I feel when I do this I don't feel so overwhelmed and I actually accomplish my goals!

I already started the new year off with a 3 day juice cleanse from Ivie Juice Bar which I loved! I feel clean and detoxed with tons of energy!  One of my other new years resolutions has been to change up my workout routine.  I have been doing the same thing for years and it's time to mix things up! I always find working out is easier and more fun when you bring a friend along! Especially on those days you don't want to get your bum out of bed you have a person to push you and vice versa!

So my bestie SaraJane from www.burnitbeauty.com came up with a really easy but effective workout plan for us to do! We workout together 4 days a week. 2 days we focus on strength by doing light weights one day and yoga for the other. Then the other two days we focus on cardio by doing a fun aerobics class or stairstepper! The time flies when you are working out with a friend! And since your body has muscle memory it's always a good idea to change up your workout to get better results! 

We both love working out in our Georgie Wear outfits or wearing them after when we head to get a smoothie, juice to replenish our bodies! Kicking of 2015 with an MK Sale!

Happy New Years friends! I can't tell you how excited I am to have 2014 official come to an end! It was a roooough year for me and I am so excited for 2015 and what is to come! I feel like this is going to be the best year yet! I will be blogging throughout the month my New Years resolutions and my progress with them! I already completed my 3 day juice cleanse and feel ready to take on anything!
